The little chaos monster is tuckered out from all that chaos.

A tabby kitten (6 months old) asleep on a couch. There are two green throw pillows on either side of him, propping him up, and he is sleeping in a seated position (human seating, not cat seating). His back and head are against the rear cushion, his butt and legs and tail are on the bottom cushions.

A reminder that if you're trying out Mastodon again from any of the other platforms (esp twitter) - do yourself a favor and look at the web client phanpy.social/. It really is the best client out there, imho. So many of the pain points from this platform are fixed there.

If you find the new search results in 4.2 overwhelming because you're used to the old search which was basically just hashtags and full-text searches of your own toots - add "from:<username>" to your search.

Eg, searching "from:Andres4NY year ago" is very similar to just a search for "year ago" on Mastodon 4.1.
