Does it also happen in a Guest Profile (https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/tabs/guest-view/) or a new User Profile (https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/tools/user-profiles/)?
If it doesn't, something in the main profile is causing the issue. For example, an extension or a Tracker and Ad Blocker list.
