The world's tallest and longest hedge, the Meikleour Beech Hedge runs alongside and towers over the A93 a few miles south of Blairgowrie in Perthshire. Planted in the autumn of 1745, it has a tragic story to tell. More pics and info: undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/bla
