I did it.
I signed up for a new Pixelfed account.

It'll be mostly #cats and whatever wondrous thing I've found in #nature. Maybe some workout progress pics from time to time.

Note that I am a very, very amateur photographer. It'll be unedited photos from a Google Pixel 6 Pro for the time being.

Trying out different Android Mastodon apps tonight. Remembered why I abandoned Feditext previously. I never could get notifications to work well only. That hasn't changed.

Also installed Tusky and Moshidon to give them a shot. Tusky was what I used first. Moshidon is new to me.

Haven't uninstalled Megalodon, though it is apparently no longer maintained. Alas.

Will see what sticks this go around. (Feditext is already uninstalled.)

We are probably 80% cloudy here for #eclipse day. As these things go. 😆
