As to SMTP, there is chatmaild/filtermail that is plugged in as a SMTP service that performs all security checks except opendkim. There is no rspamd/spam thing at all but you probably noticed. Over time we may port some things to rust but so far python is more than fast enough. And opendkim does it's job although we consider it a bit cumbersome.
