@lauren Just tried it and confirmed. Makes me think of Hannah Arendt. One of the things fascism needs, she wrote, is for no one to know what the truth is. In her day the Big Lie was the answer. We have that now, but reliable search engines that push the correct answers to the top would undermine that. So they must go.

The best part of this is that searches like "3.5cm in inches" used to give completely accurate results in the magic answer box at the top of results.
