Trying to get my family off Facebook (not for the first time).

Does anyone have a link to a video explainer of the Fediverse for "normies" that does NOT try to push Threads or Bluesky?

EDIT: I've already chosen something to send to them, but am keeping this post up so folks can see things in the replies they might use for their own families.
