According to some evangelical radicals in the US, God shows his approval towards people through richness. The richer you are, the more God loves you. It's called the Prosperity Doctrine.
If you are poor is that you must be evil, God doesn't bless you with richness (as he did to Abraham).
They don't realize that Jesus preached by the example and as far as we know, he wasn't rich at all.

So, according to prosperity doctrine, Musk, Trump, Putin are all good examples.
