@pupred "doesn't seem to grasp what a proxy is" – that is particularly strange because Bitvise's own product is an SSH implementation, and SSH itself includes port forwarding among its features! It would probably have been technically possible to evade an IP range block by Bitvise using Bitvise's own products. :-)
