Ah yes, a double-cat on my sewing. Quite effective! I couldn't pick between the photos so just put together all three of the best ones.

Three photos side by side, of two cats sitting snug together on a piece of white fabric, upon on a desk. On the left a ginger tabby cat and on the right a mostly black tuxedo cat. They are leaning lightly against each other, and in the three photos doing different cute cat expressions. Mid blink in the shot, doing a little head tilt, affectionately headbutting the other cat. They are quite adorable, all soft and so primly sitting, whiskers pointed towards the camera, politely making demands of Sini's time and attention. Completely and fully stopping not only the sewing, but also the watching of the screen behind them, where a woman with blue hair on YouTube is doing a video essay. The lighting is a mix of cool winter sunlight and warm yellow artificial light.

Napping formations from last night.
One on my lap, one half on my lap!

A closely cropped photo of two cats extremely snuggled together. They are the underside of chin to the underside of chin, their little faces tucked into the neck ruffs of the other. A ginger cat has his face more hidden in the fluff, the white and brown tabby cat has enough of his face visible that his kitty expression of contentment and relaxation looks very cute. The whole of the photo has just the suggestion of a striped skirt and the edges of the desk the tabby is only partially resting on. If it was just slightly more closely cropped, it would be just an abstraction of cat cuddles with nothing but fur and naps in the photo.

Many of you already know Karvinen, but let me tell you about Pörri. Pörri is very large and very soft and has unfathomable amounts of silky hair that gets absolutely everywhere. He has no idea why he can't fit on my lap at the same time as Karvinen, or that he's the weight of two small cats. Whenever he climbs onto my lap it's only a matter of time before he flips around, like this. I love him.

A cute low quality photo of two cats doing their best to sleep on Sini's lap at the same time. An orange large looking ginger tabby cat is properly on her lap, and a white and brown tabby cat is leaning onto him and squishing him with his larger and softer bulk, half on the human lap and half on the desk. The ginger tabby has his face smushed into the neck fluffies of the brown one. They are both asleep and look happy and relaxed. There is just the edge of Sini's smile in the frame. She is wearing a white shirt with a bow at the neck. There are makeup brushes in the very back.

A better lit photo from the top down, showing the previously seen brown and white tabby cat rolled onto his back, with his front paws loosely tucked into his chest, serenely gazing at the camera. His eyes are a pretty moss green, his nose pink and his belly mostly white and altogether fluffy. He is half way on SIni's lap, half on the desk, as he doesn't quite fit when not pretzeled up. His back feet are braced against Sini's chest. Sini's hand is resting on his exposed belly and he cares not a whit. There is a busted up tablet with a cracked screen, a tall coffee much that says "Be gay, summon demons" and assorted desktop junk in the background.

It's hot again, so my boy Pörri is doing his best impression of a decadent Roman emperor leaning over his cups - that is to say, napping while using his water bowl as a pillow, and occasionally flicking his little tongue out to have a leisurely few sips of water. Sometimes he falls asleep like this.
