Those algo always will try to compare you to common behavior.
The are not based on facts (then we could debate what are criteria to be a "girl") but on what looks like a girl from the data he is looking at. And here it seems the data is only content produced.

So expectable results.
And we come back to the source. The human behind the service is chosing the algo, its parameters, thus has influence on the results.

#tidal is connecting to its parent company #square even when the app is not 'running' (ie: as soon as when phone boot)

I used #rethinkDNS from #fdroid to analyze network traffic. Very interesting findings... (Set ip up, perform a phone reboot and open no app, explore the rethinkDNS logs 😦)

How access to #Android files through #USB can be so slow in 2023 just to list files in a folder (namely the camera one with 'who could have expected' hundred of files) ?

Create a walled garden? Forbid any output. And monetize the output of processing of data inside the garden.
