There seems to be a bug with either @Quora or @Vivaldi in which the buttons for submitting changes (answering a question or adding a credential) are hidden. I had to use Firefox to do both.

Does it also happen in a Guest Profile (help.vivaldi.com/desktop/tabs/) or a new User Profile (help.vivaldi.com/desktop/tools)?
If it doesn't, something in the main profile is causing the issue. For example, an extension or a Tracker and Ad Blocker list.
If it does, please file a bug report on vivaldi.com/bugreport/.

@Vivaldi Aha! Yes, it does work in "guest profile", once I log in -- so now I have a diagnosis path.
