working on qualified statements for wikidata <-> ActivityPub

Maybe an improvement for the wikidata sdk docs (if I didn't overlook it) would be a note to the special language key
"mul" : "default for all languages" is useful for new people.
This translates to "und" in ActivityPub.

Also the languages for qualifiers get lost for non-sparql use but that is maybe in the nature of wd. So I am caching the qualifiers before.
Also did redaktor:Quantity incl. redaktor:Unit so I can now translate anything (and mormalize and convert all the values, yay)

Let's say I have Germany (Q183) with their speed limit (P3086) it has three values:
"-" for Autobahn, 100 paved road outside of settlements, 50 city street
then I can do a nice contentMap in all the languages ...
