It's kinda sad to see this sentiment.

The flagship servers are meant for newcomers to the fediverse/pixelfed.

You are building your own thriving communities that aren't so generic, and that I love that.

Account migration and federation prove that centralization isn't a threat, so please don't think these flagship servers that I pay for personally, are some ulterior motive.

So, do the rest of us who are running Pixelfed servers just give up now? We've all been your champion for the product but now you are launching your own empire of 'flagship' servers, with a stack of cash behind you, is that it for us?
