There is no algorithm that brings posts to your timeline. The only posts you will see under your Home tab will be either people that you follow, or the boosts from people that you follow.

Just out of curiosity...

Does anyone know how Mastodon knows who is "similar to profiles you recently followed" on the Explore tab? What exactly is the criteria? Hashtags? Profiles?

Any good new Mastodon apps out there for IOS?
