Suspicion: It might be, because the only difference to the old emoji shortcode is camel case.

#FediverseTip: Did you know you can use the Fediverse to write your future self a letter?

If you have a secondary account that you can use with a client that has a post scheduling feature, then you can send a private message to your main account that will arrive in a week, 3 months or 10 years.

If you don't have such an account yet, you can e.g. get a secondary Mastodon account (hint: climatejustice.social has a 5000 characters limit) and use e.g. Tusky or Fedilab.

Then you'll just have to stay active in the Fediverse and you might get regular letters from your past. 😊

Just got a spam mail with the sentence:

"I was just browsing your https://joinfediverse.wiki and I came up with a great plan to re-develop your #JoinFediverseWiki using the latest technology to generate additional revenue and beat your opponents."

They seem to *really* know what me, the Fediverse and the wiki are all about: generating revenue and beating the opponents.

I wonder if @FediTips and https://fediverse.info by @pixelfed use such technology to beat their opponents, namely my wiki. 😉
I'll stick with my approach: See them as allies and feature them prominently on the wiki's main page.

Auf der Seite der @tagesschau ist heute die Nazipropaganda noch immer online und sogar höher gereiht als der Beitrag über die Proteste.

Kurz hatte ich ja erwartet, da heute eine Entschuldigung und Richtigstellung zu finden.

Sieht so aus als müssten wir noch mehr Anfragen verschicken:

Eine Meldung des entsprechenden Beitrags hier im Fediverse kann auch nicht schaden.

Als nächsten Schritt würde ich vorschlagen, den Hoster von tagesschau.de ausfindig zu machen und den mit Mails überfluten, dass die Seite gelöscht werden soll.
Ich kenn mich mit Whois und so leider nicht aus, aber ich weiß, viele hier schon.
