Present solutions A, B, C.
Promise everything.
Gain power.
Take away all restraints.
Changing laws.
Undermine institutions.
Syphon off money to your friends.
Blame resisters for lack of results.
Be more extreme.
Then disappear with your wheelbarrow of gold, buy a yacht, a castle, etc.
