@_elena I think that your message will sadly be ignored by many due to your focus on a plant-based diet. Avoiding Big Food doesn't preclude some non-plant-based eating. But if I overlook that part, I'm all in.

@_elena Thanks for sharing. It is a beautiful essay and I enjoyed the analogy you made, especially the idea that not all social media are bad. I'm used to hear that all platforms are bad, but some just less so, and that in the end it doesn't matter. However, framing it like this makes sense and breaks that kind of string of thought.
