@alexlunaview : visiting Muslim- (but also increasingly European) countries is not safe for US nationals. Avoid all travel outside of the US if not necessary.

If you're visiting the Keukenhof [1], you'd better make sure how to find the exit ASAP in case anyone starts harassing you. When visiting the tulip fields, DO NOT cross perimiters to make pathetic selfies (like US tourists do every year, GFY).

Tip: try NOT to look like an American tourist [2], and never say "Drill, baby drill", "Trump" or "Vance" (or "advance" which may be understood as "and Vance") in public.

Even if you're a *RELATIVELY* thin US citizen, at the very least make sure to loose weight before visiting Europe. Avoid sightseeing Muslim countries at all cost. And to prevent getting severely beaten up,

I’ve been advising folks who must travel to #darkUSA to first connect with a USAn immigration lawyer near their port of entry and to memorize 3 phone numbers because their phone might be confiscated:
1. Close friend from home country who will track traveler’s journey
2. Immigration lawyer
3. Other USAn related to the trip, like conference organizer, etc. This person must be able to make a fuss in the press and with government representatives while the lawyer is pursuing legal remedies.

In addition to Muñoz, USA TODAY has confirmed through attorneys, family members and documents that ICE has detained for weeks:
• a woman in her 50s who has lived in the country more than 30 years and is married to a U.S. citizen;
• a woman in her 30s with proof of valid permanent legal residency, whose father and siblings are U.S. citizens, and who first came to the U.S. as a teen;
• a European woman in her 30s engaged to a U.S. citizen who overstayed her visa when she was 21;
• a woman engaged to a U.S. legal permanent resident, with whom she has lived for nine
years.
