@andypiper TBH, I haven't followed @pimoroni guide. I used @geerlingguy guide and simply did:

# Edit the EEPROM on the Raspberry Pi 5.
sudo rpi-eeprom-config --edit

and added 6 (Which is boot from NVMe)

# Change the BOOT_ORDER line to the following:
BOOT_ORDER=0xf416
