"Do you know the story of Arachne?" the master weaver asked me.

"Sure. She bragged her weaving was better than Athena's and got turned into a spider for her troubles, to spend all her life weaving #webs."

The master weaver smiled sadly. "So my story's the reverse. I was always trying to do unusual & different things with my webs. The Society of Spiders got fed up & exiled me to humanity. And... well, I've been here ever since."

She sighed. "I miss my other six arms."
