Mastodon for Apple II release 1.7.1:

* Make instance URL prompt clearer
* Proxy: update to Debian 11 Bullseye
* Proxy: run unprivileged
* Proxy: enable telnet on loopback interface

This is the first release prompted by actual user feedback!

Upgrading the proxy is not mandatory, but good practice - it's never good to run something fetching data from the internet as root, and I had to fix that now that I'm not the only one to use it.
