@dajb @dansup in my world when someone is vocally critical of how something is run I ask them to put in the work to make it better. If you want to complain but aren’t available to help fix something you’ve got nothing to say. I learned this a long time ago helping nonprofits and its the fastest way to shutdown a troll or make them a great asset. It also helped me curb my own tongue from whipping out. 😋
