WHO GETS WHAT.

It's easier to navigate once this is understood. No matter the political situation, this will always be true...

Who gets a hospital, who gets a road, who gets social assistance, who does not. Who gets to write the history, who gets to define the border...and yes, who gets to live...and who gets to die.
