How do I download a list of all accounts that follow mine?
That does not seem to be functionality offered by the export function of Mastodon, where I expected this.
I found a list in my profile, but that's paginated. Do I need to rig up a script to defeat the pagination? Or is there an easier way?

Hmm... interesting question. I guess there is no official way because there's nothing practical you can do with such a list within Mastodon itself?

I have not checked how moving the active personal account from one Fediverse server to the next actually works, technically. How does the new server get my follower list?

@dj3ei @FediTips I think your followers (the server of the followers) are notified that the account is moved. Another interesting question is how does it know about the people that your account follows. For this you need to export the list of your followers, cf. https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/moving/

It works totally separately from the CSV files, because if it relied on CSV files people would abuse it blatantly. Spammers would upload CSV files of thousands of people who never actually followed them etc.
So, to prevent this abuse, transferring followers is done by a totally different process.
The actual step by step process is here: https://fedi.tips/transferring-your-mastodon-account-to-another-server/
