Why is there greenwashing of Bitcoin at the #38C3, claiming it would be good for the grid, while it actually is bad, because it adds additional load? There is no blackout because we have too much renewable energy. We can just switch it off. Instead with renewables there is too little at times, but bitcoin can't help there. It might "stabilise" electricity prices (by increasing them), which isn't a good thing and could be done by AI, hydrogen, etc., too.
