It's a shame that Hulu's Animaniacs reboot basically faded into "nobody cares" territory because it gave us this specific image that I'm getting so much mileage out of

The next time I see someone whine about Electron apps being memory hogs, I will send them this screenshot of macOS telling me that iTerm2 and Music.app, both native apps, manage to take 180GB of memory in total for some reason

@ivory Do y'all have any plans to support audio attachments? At the very least showing/playing them because right now they show up as a blank thumbnail so it's a bit confusing :/

The more complex Tailwind CSS gets, the more I feel I'd rather just write regular CSS than deal with whatever is going on here https://tailwindcss.com/docs/v4-beta#descendant-variant

@ivory hi hi, I’ve noticed that Ivory only shows 4 fields on my profile despite it having 8 fields. I know vanilla Mastodon has 4 fields max but the maximum value should be available as a setting that can be read on the /api/v1/instance endpoint 😅

I love CSS in 2024, dude, :has() is so powerful.

Following someone from both their Mastodon and Threads account and having both in the timeline is wild, it really is like staring at a portal into another dimension.
Not necessarily in a bad way it's just... peculiar.
