I find it hard to believe that this extremely rare process that people only do once or twice in their Fediverse lifetime, and that we already do better than any other social network and most other communications protocols, is the biggest UX problem. |

Föderation EN Mo 10.03.2025 18:59:00 @evan for new users, it doesn't matter at all. for users who have invested a lot in the platform it certainly does. and for users seriously considering the platform, it's important to be able to take claims like "your data is your own" or "you can migrate servers" at face value rather than with gaping caveats |
