Windows just switched a User from "Windows Mail App" to "Oulook (New) App" In the process, cleared all the mail accounts from Windows Mail app but didnt set them up on Outlook New App.
You guessed it, the User also doesn't know any password of the 3 mails he needs for work and also doesn't know any recovery information. Since all of them are "free" mails, there is also no support to ask for help.

@fabiscafe Get them setup on #Thunderbird and leave all that MS Mail / Outlook rubbish behind / in the recycle bin!

@fabiscafe understand that lost passwords are a core issue but once resolved would still recommend using #Thunderbird as would never get the user into this situation in the first place!
