There is no single global search system for the Fediverse as all the servers are independent, and not all of them want to communicate with each other. (For example, no one would want to communicate with a server that allows spam.)

@feditips @nefoun_qu_jw there are services that offer a global search such as https://tootfinder.ch/ - it is sufficient that you add the URL to your profile so that your timeline will be included.
