So my neighbor stopped by to ask me about some tree trimming we need to do. We walked across my lawn, and the plants are 4-5” tall. I apologized to him for how bad it looked. He told me that people are ask him if the home was abandoned.

“When are you going to take care of that?” I mumbled something about the hospital et al.

My deepest shame, on display for everyone to judge.

I am crushed. I hate this world.

I wrote a song. It samples Jim Jones from the audio recording of him rambling incoherently in the final hours.

The event is an essential part of my conception of human nature. I am fascinated and horrified by it.

I prob was just trying to be creepy when I chose to sample it, but I think it turned into something beautiful + haunting.

It’s called `8088 Seconds` and the name is a #PWEI nod + Intel CPU nod which seems especially nerdy.

Friday up until now have been really hard. I pushed my left arm too hard last week. Circumstance, combined with pain, have put me in a very poorly regulated emotional state. I have been difficult, to put it kindly.

Right now things are quieter, but I worry a great deal about home and health.

I started working on Spaz, a FOSS Twitter and Identi.ca client in 2006.

about 18 years ago.

Times where you makes something other people really like and talk about; when you’re friends are into it and you’re leading something kinda… big! But it’s fun and it feels good to do it for the love of making.

They don’t come along often. Cherish them while you can. I miss my Spaz friends and I miss making things with them.

I just need humans to hear me.

Been making and posting music and art for a couple years now on this account now, I think.

Two days into messing with some ML-generated artwork (yes, it is generative, even though it doesn't look the way you think it should), I get really negative reactions.

Well, I guess the community of artists on this thing decided I was worth engaging finally.

I hate feeling alone and rejected like this.
