They are picking whom to kidnap based on tattoos, basically an automated algorithm for humans.
Same as how they are deciding what text is "DEI" by searching with a computer algorithm for a list of words.
Designing business systems we simulated complex systems with both carbon-based & silicon-based operators. Thats how these nerds are operating.
It's a good method for finding roadblocks & bottlenecks, streamlining. But not useful in the hands of stupid or vengefiul people.
