I'm just trying to understand how feasible it is for mastodon to have something more approximate to a single image. It's good to hear that the relay doesn't have to much impact on the instances using it. How resource intensive is it to run a relay for hundreds of instances? Roughly speaking. |

Föderation DE Mo 27.01.2025 03:48:27 I run a modified (my own fork) of Aode which is written in Rust. Resources are not that huge unlike other solutions written in Py or similar. Also, it depends on the connected instances. Traffic is also to consider. During the day it’s not much but it grows every evening (mostly EU located instances here). Medien: 1 |
