@ilovechoclates_ In practice, nobody really knows when exactly the time shift happens, and with phones & co, you don't have to adjust the time in that many places. When I was junger, it happened that kids came to school at the wrong time on the first day afterwards. The story goes that farmers here hate it, since the cows would get milked an hour off & be confused (which I don't believe, but anyway, few people like it).

@ilovechoclates_ Iran is also a fun case: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight - they decided to stop doing daylight savings time from one day to the next in 2022.
