Really the arch one isn't fair. Unless you're manually installing or something, the installer lets you select which environment package you want and preinstalls all the basics, so it's kind of like "which of those other three sorts of cars do you want this to be?" You still have to do a lot yourself, but it's definitely starting with an already together and functioning framework.

@itsfoss to me #debian is more like a muscle car than a Cadillac and #KaliLinux is not simple and lightweight.

#ArchLinux and #LinuxMint are spot-on.
