I will try to work on something like that, make a spec, and try to cooperate with fedi software and with screen reader developers if possible

And also with blind folks, so I can know what all tends to be a problem

I will probably take quite a few iterations to get something decent, but yea...

I'm thinking of calling it SML, Screenreader Markup Language. It'll be based on HTML.
