@vmstan I assume that what is meant by “you can’t reply to the replies” is that your replies to Threads-origin replies don’t make it back to Threads.
Which means we can laugh at Threads users behind their backs.

@jimfl no, so if you reply to a Threads post in Mastodon, the Threads user can see the reply from Mastodon in their interface but they can’t reply back to you from Threads.
