To be frank, I believe it is just a question of time. Vivaldi is already available in models from Polestar, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Ford, Lincoln and more. Most all vehicles running Android Automotive can run Vivaldi. We are even in some vehicles running Android.
