@ru Technically, it's 23 characters for https links, and only 22 for http ones.

I think they mostly do count emoji as only 1 character. I just tried a bunch, including a couple of "combining" ones (like 🏳️‍⚧️ and 👨🏻‍🦲) and each one only dropped the "characters left" counter by 1.
