I wonder for how long my DoE colleagues get to work productively with LHC data, given how important it is to account for systematic bias from the detectors etc in any paper based on experimental data, and for the explicitly named minimum bias event selection when the data is acquired from the experiments: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S037026930900834X
