@stux it would only really matter to disable them at the frontlines, and you can't really do that there without also disabling Ukrainian terminals. At least the third-party ones, of which there is a significant amount.

They could absolutely do more to battle Russian use of their terminals further from immediate frontlines, but that would require active coordination with Ukraine, and basically being really involved in the war.
