Day 26 of is "rainy" and "shot abroad"

Well, it rains a *lot* here. Like, a *lot*. I definitely don't need to go abroad to find rain!

I have literally dozens of these to choose from but I'll limit myself to four because that's what fits in a post.

I really love the soft cool tones that Fuji film stocks get in this sort of weather - these are all Superia X-Tra 400, except the evergreen which is Venus 800

The rest is a soft blur of deep cool emerald green, with occasional points of light where there are more waterdrops.

The branch closest to the camera is in sharp focus, and it has tiny green leaves spread in clusters along its length, with the remains of little pink buds at the centre of each cluster. Many of the leaves hang heavy with waterdrops. More blurred branches can be made out in the background. There are a couple of streaks of falling rain visible in the photograph. The colour tones are cool soft spring greens, pinks and greys.
