@nortix There are still some rough edges to fix, but that's where we display comments made within lists: since you can now add books, authors, or publishers to lists (independent of your book inventory), you can also leave a comment on those list elements. And that comment will appear on the corresponding entity's layout. Suggestions to make it clearer are welcome ^^
