@ncw413 @ohmu @dgodon I don't know specific reasons. I know they evaluate what to do within staff constraints. I imagine they look at audience size, ease of search (not a strength here), and other factors. The job is to get info out to as wide an audience as possible. They're currently managing FB, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, a blog, and pix on Flickr.
Every social account creates another comment space to monitor. That's labor.
