Not sure what you're saying. I'm saying the argument about NATO expansion doesn't make sense for the reason given. I'm not accusing you of making the bad argument.

I have very little power to help, but understand: there's no stopping a war by negotiation based on factually nonsensical claims about why or how it started. There's no chance that a settlement with such a shaky foundation will survive the next implausible pretext to break it.
