heh, can't avoid the semantics discussion even though it is, as Charlie was trying to point out, kinda a waste of time.

They're taking power from the one of the co-equal branches of government. They're exercising power they don't have. They don't have the right to not spend appropriated money. They don't have the right to get the access they have.

That's a coup.
