Back from an awesome trip visiting @shieladixon this weekend. This included an Pong tournament using her new Dual Paddle Analogue Module (link below). Both her Pong software and hardware were great, although I'm not telling you which score is mine!

RC2014 computer and a monitor on a wooden table. the display is showing the classic Pong teletennis game in black and white. At the front of the RC2014 is the Dual Paddle Analogue Module with two white cables plugged in to the paddle sockets. i am getting my arse kicked 31 to 19 in this shot

similar to previous shot. the score is 22:11

similar to previous images, but testing out the colour option. green background, yellow tennis court markings, one blue bat, one white one, and the score in red is 37:20

This is my favourite Hexpansion for the Tildagon badge. This lovely memory card by @hairymnstr looks fantastic.

I haven't done a lot with my badge yet, but when i do, it'll certainly make use of this.

small blue PCB where the top resembles a 3½" floppy with a label on it. the lower edge is angled in and has a small edge connector.

the underside of the blue PCB, where the silkscreen "label" wraps around and you can see copper that resembles the metal drive center of a floppy disc. a couple of chips and other components are soldered on either side.

an EMF Tildagon badge with the Hexpansion sticking out the side, label towards the top.

Buying stickers is hard. And expensive.

I want to avoid the cost of getting my stickers shipped from Canada, but it seems like every UK sticker supplier either has a broken website, doesn't understand what a hexagon is, or only makes sheets of stickers not die cut individual ones.

If you have any recommendations for a UK sticker manufacturer that I can upload a png and credit card details in exchange for a few hundred stickers, please let me know.

Edit: Thanks for the Diginate recommendations. I have ordered some stickers from them.

The Ghosts of Blackwood Manor runs on my arcade cabinet ().

Due to self imposed limitations this has taken longer that expected to get up and running, but I have ticked off a few other projects along the way.

Now, time to relax before Christmas and write this all up in this lovely looking mansion...

Thanks 8bitgames@oldbytes.com

Can anybody recommend a programmer for ESP8266 (Specifically the 12F form factor) to replace this Flexible NodeMCU Programmer I've been using for a few years.

I have used it probably over 500 times but it is getting old and temperamental (aren't we all!) so I'm in the market for a replacement.

I can find dozens of programmers via Google, but am more interested in real-world recommendations for what you have used and what you like or don't like.

Me? Oh, nothing much. Just the usual. You know, playing Mazog on my Mini II with it's CP/M Upgrade. It really is quite a good port that @shieladixon has done.

What about you. What are you up to this evening?

Treasure hunter returning to their partner with the gift of treasure, and trying to remember if he should have picked up any eggs while he was out.
