One of the simplest measures for the effectiveness of sanctions is how much russia squeaks about them.

@richlv You asked for sources, they are there. Neither the IMF nor the BBC are known Russia sympathisers. Tradingeconomics is a vanilla data source. And yes Russias Economy is not doing too bad, Europe is stagnating.
Please do respect other people, engaging with the sources/facts, not witha a "Squakometer" please, it makes you look bad.
