@robert You could look into tab syncing extensions on Chrome Web Store and use the extension both in Vivaldi and Opera. You might need to divide all tabs into Workspaces again, but at least there won't be a need to copy the links one by one.
Alternatively, you could save all open links as bookmarks (e.g. one bookmark folder for each Workspace) and import them to Vivaldi.
