Can someone clarify _why_ the terrorist in #Washington who killed 2 people by execution – in front of the Jewish Museum – „waited over 10 minutes “ for police to arrive ?

I mean, e.g. in Berlin, the police is providing continuous property protection to the Jewish Museum (like 150 other jewish objects in Berlin) and the museum has kind of a direct line to the State Office of Criminal Investigation.

Is that different in the #US ?
